Welcome to the Fearless Futures Therapy Blog! I’m glad you’re here.


For those who don’t know me yet, here’s a bit about my background:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut and Florida

  • Over a decade of experience at the Intensive Outpatient level of care with Yale New Haven Health

  • Primary Clinician for the National Ambulatory Program of the Year, 2024

  • Former Connecticut Educator, with experience in both mainstream and special education settings


A Few Fun Facts

  • Dog lover — we have a Shiba Inu (think Doge Coin!) who’s been part of our family for over 12 years

  • Avid sports fan and recreational golfer

  • Favorite getaways: Long Beach Island, New Jersey, and the beautiful beaches of Florida


Why I’m Starting This Blog

This page is designed to provide education, insight, and practical strategies to help manage Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

With OCD Awareness Week coming up, now feels like the perfect time to get started. This time of year can often trigger higher levels of anxiety as the days grow shorter and outdoor activities slow down. Here, we’ll talk about ways to combat those seasonal challenges, strengthen emotional resilience, and promote overall wellness.
