Family Therapy

Mental health can be quite complex, and even with the best intentions, families often face challenges in finding the right balance of nurture and effective support. At Fearless Futures Therapy, we recognize the importance of offering comprehensive support for the entire family. With the client’s consent, spouses, parents, siblings, and other significant individuals are welcome to join. We provide familial support through both individual family sessions and multi-family group sessions, allowing you to connect with other families experiencing similar situations.

Topics frequently discussed in family sessions include:

  • Positive reinforcement

  • Effective communication

  • Establishing boundaries and setting appropriate limits

Assessments and Evaluations

Are you or a loved one experiencing confusing, stressful, and impairing thoughts, feelings, or behaviors, but unsure of what’s happening or where to seek help?

At Fearless Futures Therapy, we begin with a comprehensive assessment and evaluation to address your questions. Following this assessment, we’ll have an in-depth discussion to determine and co-construct the most beneficial steps forward.

Evaluations continue throughout treatment to ensure effectiveness, and recommendations will be made based on your individualized progress and needs.
