About Michael Reynolds- OCD and Anxiety Therapist in Connecticut and Florida
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut and Florida, with over 12 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults overcome anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I specialize in OCD, anxiety disorders, and co-occurring conditions, using evidence-based strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Exposure and Response Prevention—training I received through leadership at the Yale University Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Clinic.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient programs, public schools, and both individual and group therapy. I also served as the Lead Clinician for a nationally award-winning therapeutic program at the intensive outpatient level of care.
Outside of work, I’m an avid fan of sports, love spending time with my family and pets, and enjoy supporting people as they live their best lives. My approach to therapy is structured, supportive, and tailored to your personal values, helping you build confidence, manage anxiety, and move toward the future you’ve been dreaming of.
